How to sign up
All volunteers need to please sign up through this portal. This helps your volunteer coordinators immensely AND you can get credit for the USEA Volunteer Incentive Program.
You can sign up for AM and/or PM slots. We would LOVE to have your help the whole day if you are willing and/or able! Exact shift times will be determined as we get closer to the competition.
Click on the tab that says "Event Days." in blue. Determine the day(s) you want to work. Click on the day to see the positions available, then click on a position to see a description of the responsibilities involved. If there is no button, that means that all slots for that position have been filled.
You will receive an email notification from this website once you have signed up. Please remember to hit "Confirm" when you receive this email.
If you have any special needs or requests, etc. -- please use the comments field to convey these -- we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check your volunteer shift times by checking in to your dashboard.
Important Information

ARRIVAL TIMES: These are noted in the "Time" column next to each position. Please note that these times are provisional and may change as entries are determined and the total number of competitors are finalized.
PARKING: Most of you will have received your Event Parking Pass in the mail this week. That pass is good for the whole week so hold on to it! If you haven’t received one please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you prior to the event. If you arrive at the park without it you will need to pay $5.00 to enter for the day. Please note: the Park will not accept photocopies or pictures on your phone. You must have the blue hard copy in your hands. Parking areas are highlighted on the 2019 AEC Volunteer Map.
WHAT TO WEAR: It's Kentucky so you'll want to be prepared for anything! Our best advice is to dress for the weather. Khaki pants and a white shirt are preferred, but not mandatory. Also, wear comfortable, but sensible shoes.
WHAT TO BRING: Here are some items you might want to consider bringing depending on the volunteer position you have...a chair, rain gear, sunscreen, bug spray, lip balm, hat, extra water and snacks.
WHERE TO GO: Download the 2019 AEC Volunteer Map and AEC Briefing Locations & Area Chiefs from the Documents tab so you know where to meet for your briefings. To find Documents: login in to eventingvolunteers.com. From your volunteer dashboard you will see your sign ups, click on 2019 USEA American Eventing Championships in the blue box. From there you will see the Documents tab.
