Dear Volunteers,

The 2023 LOUDOUN HUNT PONY CLUB SUMMER HORSE TRIALS are in JUNE this year!! Please join us at beautiful Oatlands June 24-25 for one of the premier events of summer!

We need assistance at dressage, show jump, and cross country; come volunteer for one or both days of the event. We sincerely appreciate your help!

Directions:
To Event Site: Oatlands is 6 mi. south of Leesburg off Rte 15. From North: Rte 15 south from Leesburg approx. 6 mi. Left on Rte 651 (Gap Road) for .3 miles to parking on left. From South: North on Rte 15 from Rte 50 & Rte 15 intersection approx. 5 mi. Right on Rte 651 (Gap Road) for .3 miles to parking on left.           Snacks, drinks, and lunches will be provided for all volunteers!     Teens will get volunteer hours!

Reminders for cross country judges:

Please do not bring dogs or other furry friends on course with you. 

Jump judges must be 16 years of age. Younger children wanting to volunteer need to be accompanied by an adult.

Please come prepared to handle a variety of weather conditions. The event will go rain or shine. 

Vehicles are allowed on course. (Four wheel drive is recommended.)

Please bring a chair, suitable clothing, and a stop watch or a cell phone with a stopwatch app. (Don't forget to charge your phone!)
