Dear Volunteers,

The 2024 LOUDOUN HUNT PONY CLUB SPRING HORSE TRIALS are April 27-28. Join us at beautiful Morven Park for one of the premier horse trials of spring!

We need assistance at dressage, show jump, and cross country; come volunteer for one or both days of the event. We sincerely appreciate your help!

Protecting the health and safety of our competitors and volunteers is of paramount importance to us. Everyone on the grounds will be expected to comply with local and USEA regulations put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

          Snacks, drinks, and lunches will be provided for all volunteers!

Reminders for cross country judges:

Please do not bring dogs or other furry friends on course with you. 

Jump judges must be 16 years of age. Younger children wanting to volunteer need to be accompanied by an adult.

The weather is unpredictable this time of year; please come prepared to handle a variety of weather conditions. The event will go rain or shine. 

Vehicles are allowed on course. (Four wheel drive is recommended.)

Please bring a chair, suitable clothing, and a stop watch or a cell phone with a stopwatch app. (Don't forget to charge your phone!) 

Additional information, confirmation of briefing times, and any updates to the schedule will be sent out the week prior to the event. Please update your contact information in the portal.
