Copper Meadows - March 16 - 18, 2018Welcome to Volunteer Sign UP website for the Copper Meadows Horse Trials! I will still be utilizing the SignUp Genius at this time also!!! The show is scheduled for Friday, Mar. 16th - Sunday, Mar. 18th. Below you will find the positions and dates available. Please select the "sign up" button next to the shift you want to work. If there is no button, then that means that all the slots for that position have been filled. Benefits of volunteering: Volunteering is a great way to learn about our sport of eventing as well as to gain valuable experience! Back again this year is the USEA Volunteer Incentive Program proudly sponsored in Area VI by Sunsprite Warmbloods!!! This incredible program will recognize all the hours and hard work that volunteers put in at shows throughout Area VI and throughout the year! There is a leaderboard that you will be able to see who volunteers the most and which locations. It's still new to me but I'm going to make sure that YOU are recognized!!! Last year's winner in Area VI won a beautiful custom Devoucoux Saddle! We have changed over to the Del Mar Eventing Volunteer Certificates which can be used towards entries for horse trials, schooling and trailer-on fees just to name a few. These certificates that you earn at Copper Meadows are going to venue specific beginning this year!!! Make sure you pay attention to the expiration dates as the certificates are only good for 1 year. If you don't think you will be able to use them before the end of the expiration you can barter and trade your certificates with fellow riders! They are transferable!!! There is also the added benefit of good snacks & food; meet new friends; learn about the sport from the experts; lunch is provided for those shifts that go through lunchtime.
