We are requesting that all volunteers sign up through this portal. It will help our volunteer coordinators and the organizers to communicate effectively and efficiently with all volunteers plus we want to ensure all who would like to assist are provided with timely feedback.
How to sign up:
Once you have logged into your Volunteer Dashboard Account select Events in Area III.
Select Majestic Oaks Ocala
Select Event Day (s)
Determine which day (s) you would like to volunteer.
Select the sign-up button next to the shift. If there is no button that position has been filled.
You will receive an email notification from this website once you have signed up.
Please "Confirm" when you receive this email.
Special needs or requests-please use the comments field to convey these to our volunteer coordinators.
Arrival Times and Ending Times are noted in the time column next to each position.
Please be aware that these times may change depending upon the number of entries and competitors are finalized.
Please park behind the Show Office in the designated Volunteer Parking Area.
Report to the Volunteer Check-in table in front of the Show Office.
What to Bring:
Dress in layers.
Hat, chair, sunglasses, raincoat, sunscreen, comfortable closed toe shoes.
We will provide all volunteers with snacks, water and a meal during the day. At the end of the day each volunteer may select from a Schooling Certificate for Majestic Oaks or a gift.
